Orange Blossom Healing Arts offers aromatherapy education, business wellness workshops, & assistance with implementing aromatherapy and integrative nursing curriculums in healthcare organizations.

Jan is an integrative nurse consultant and educator. She is passionate about teaching community members and healthcare professionals about the safe use of essential oils. She provides aromatherapy workshops for the community, private classes for small groups, and classes for healthcare providers.  Jan also teaches clinical aromatherapy for the University of Minnesota and developed a Clinical Aromatherapy class in conjunction with the U of M  for healthcare offered by Coursera

Jan has developed and implemented aromatherapy, Healing Touch, and integrative holistic training programs in the clinical setting. She offers consultations and education for nurses and other clinical staff in healthcare organizations.

Jan has been a Reiki provider for 8 years and is currently working toward Reiki Master.  She offers Reiki sessions by appointment.

She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree in Integrative Health and Healing through the University of Minnesota in 2013. She holds an aromatherapy certification through R. J. Buckle. She is a board certified advanced holistic nurse with vast pediatric and hospice clinical experience. She is trained as a certified clinical aromatherapy practitioner with additional training and practice in mindfulness, meditation, Reiki, and Heartmath.

Jan is a member of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), the Alliance of International Aromatherapy (AIA), and the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA).
